Shortly after they join the company all sales representatives are brought into Orgill's Memphis home office to attend a week-long, intensive basic training program where they must complete 13 modules. Additional formal training takes place on an on-going basis throughout each person's career. Our industry, products, and marketing programs change constantly and we keep our employees up to date!
